Only available for single individuals without pets, while everything else is negotiable. Everything is negotiable (1or 2 yr lease, month2month) but any other costs of living in a stand alone home like this would be snow shoveling a pathway to home, snow shoveling tenant driveway/parking spot, any landlord approved flowers/land scaping added by tenant must be paid for and maintained by tenant. Owner pays for water and sewer fees but property uses a Septic System and rules must be adhered to as there will be fees charged to tenants that violate Septic system rules of only regular toilet tissue is ever discharged into septic system. Each rental homes septic access pipe have filter/gate and if septic needs servicing and septic pumping provide shows proof of homes separate/only access pipe was clogged with grease, coffee grounds, bathroom wipes, etc or anything other than toilet tissue paper then all pumping fees/costs are tenants sole responsibility and due upon receipt of all costs to fix septic system. Every 12 months rented the monthly fee increase 2.5% in perpetuity.
