Household gross monthly income should be at least 2 times the monthly rent. A security deposit equal to two months' rent is required for approved applicants. Qualified active-duty military members, veterans, and licensed nurses are eligible for a reduced security deposit equal to one month's rent, subject to verification. First month's rent and the applicable security deposit are due prior to move-in. This is a fully furnished, all-inclusive rental. Monthly rent includes electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all furnishings. Residents are responsible for keeping the apartment clean and in good condition, promptly reporting maintenance issues, replacing light bulbs and smoke detector batteries as needed, and complying with all lease terms. Property management is responsible for major maintenance and repairs. Each apartment includes two dedicated off-street parking spaces located directly in front of the building. Additional parking is subject to availability. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the apartments, on patios or balconies, and in all common areas of the property.
