Looking for someone to fill a room. ROOMMATE NEEDED It is a 3Rd floor unit. located in the historic . You can turn the room light on and off from the comfort of your bed with a remote control. The ceiling fan as well Is controlled by the remote. You will be able to cook in the full kitchen with all stainless steel appliance and it come stock on certain items of ours so PLEASE ASK First we dont mind sharing. I am not too picky about sharing the items in the hour just please ask before you take anything and left me know when you finish anything. heating is provided through the radiator and boiler, which is very adequate and we have remote controlled window AC units in place, as well as remote control wall fans in both room and living room. NO SMOKING IN THE UNITS OR ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING. Smoking can be done outside ONLY. There is always street parking available. All utilities included. The place looks exactly like the pictures and everything you see in the picture will be there. Including the tv in the room, the work table and desk on the side of the bed and a queen size bed. There is a community laundry in the basement as well. Rent is due at the first of the month. First month rent is due by move in. Don't mind if you do it right when you move but it can't be later because I need to know you are serious before moving in completely. No smoking allowed inside the unit or building. Smoking can be done outside. Please respect this space any damages will have to be replaced by paying the full cost for another one. Don't let your guest over stay there welcome. For example they are staying over back on back for more than 3 days straight or they are coming every other day. I don't mind twice a week or three times every other week.
