This was the model that DR Horton sold as the McDaniel and is truly one of a kind. With an owners suite downstairs and another one upstairs it is truly unique. We bought this model in 2014 and have enjoyed it immensely. We upgraded the landscaping, added irrigation, fence, curbing, expanded the back patio, added a deck, and put in some additional ceiling fans. Convenient to shopping, schools, and it sits on a cul de sac, so very little traffic.
