Original busted door handles squeaky hinges original drafty old windows no light switches or light fixtures in upstairs rooms also only 2 plugs per upstairs rooms super tiny closets can barely fit anything in all original plumbing with barely any water pressure at all but thats ok because the drains barely work anyways. Ill tell you the roof is only a few years old but it leaks in several spots. Some structural issues in upper bedroom as the floor sinks in the center. I rent this place for $1600/month because thats zillows estimate but i know its no where near worth that as it hasnt been upgraded since early 90s
