The apartment has a significant amount of storage including closets and basement, free laundry in the basement, and is very well maintained. The layout of the apartment is really great because even living with a friend, I feel like I have privacy when we are both home. The neighbors on both sides (and down the block) are really great and friendly people. The neighborhood is great too; we are so close to the city, but I have never felt unsafe walking around late at night. Having Joe as a owneru is another perk because he is super responsive and respectful of our schedules, and he always works with us to make sure we have what we need! For example, after he purchased the property over a year ago, I told him how hot it gets up here and how awesome it would be to have central AC instead of a few window units, and he really put in central air! I have nothing but good things to say about the apartment, the owner, the neighborhood, and the experience I have had living here!" "I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this upper unit! It is very spacious and gets enough natural light to keep plants alive. On site laundry and central air really make a difference. The owner is very responsive to any requests and flexible to fix anything according to your schedule. I work at night and he has been very accommodating. Our showerhead stopped working and by the next day he had replaced it with a nicer one. We also had an issue with some of the kitchen flooring tiles, he went above and beyond, replacing the entire floor instead of just repairing a couple of spots. Metro Market is within walking distance and there is a gas station conveniently right down the road. 10/10 would recommend this unit!" All pets must be landlord-approved and pet owner must provide landlord with proper vaccination and registration records. Landlord responsible for snow removal and yard maintenance. Landlord pays water/sewer and trash/recycling. Rent due on 1st of each month. $50 late fee after 3rd day of each month. 2 included off-street parking spots (1 garage, 1 slab). Any items hung/mounted on walls that are over 5lbs must be landlord approved. Tenants must provide proof of renters insurance prior to occupancy and for the duration of the lease period.
