We require a credit check with minimum score of 600 and also a criminal background check. This is a quiet area! We do allow a small dog 20 lbs and under. We do not allow outside animals, and no dogs with a liability attached to their breed! If see this rental unit on Craigslist it is a fraud! I have not contacted craigslist . Rent includes trash, water and sewer. Home heats with gas and has gas logs in fireplace. Ceiling fans, a large yard with barn to store your mower in.
