The furnished room is 10'x12', and comes with a private bathroom as well as access to the rest of the house's amenities (kitchen, laundry, living room, Wi-Fi, etc.). There is also a backyard patio with a grill, and access to the neighborhood pool and tennis court.
Looking for a roommate who is similarly clean and relatively quiet. No pets, please. Length of stay is negotiable, and deposit is $500, which will be refunded after room inspection following move-out.
Lease duration is flexible, although longer is preferred over short-term;
Roommates (Owner and Renter) are expected to keep common areas clean and in good condition;
No smoking or drug-use is permitted on the premises;
Detailed rental agreement will be provided and signed upon move-in
