It is a quiet neighborhood where privacy is respected. You'll often see folks out for exercise perhaps taking their dogs for a walk. There is no HOA and in the 21 years we've been here, there is really no need for one. Most residents keep their properties respectable and are not turning them into junk yards. This is a typical middle-class neighborhood with barbeques, bird-feeders, pool-splashing and the occassional yard sale. The best thing I like is the location. It seems like whatever you need, it is close...whether it be Walmart, Home Depot, movie theatre, PV Mall, Desert Ridge, a hospital, any of several super-markets, it is all a few minutes drive from home. There will be a Costco at the PV Mall in summer '09. That will be terrific.
