I have 1 bedrooms and 1 bath available for rent. The house is fully furnished except your space. The home is 2300sq feet with a fenced back yard, covered front patio, back large porch with a hammock, umbrella and a large empty pasture right behind the yard. 4 Bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in a beautiful, safe and solitary neighborhood. I am looking to find a busy, self sufficient woman that is looking for a lovely room to come back to after a busy day. My daughter Brooklyn (12 years old) and I will be filling the other other 3 rooms and I am using the garage space as my work space. I am also making it aware that my daughter is on the Autism Spectrum. Happy child, and quiet most of the time however non verbal for the most part. I have therapy and a caregiver that works with her part of the day. (Not evenings) So no stress there. Please ask if any questions on this. The $750 a month includes, internet, parking, BBQ, utilities, garbage, storage for your groceries, extra freezer space and room for a extra refrigerator if needed. I have rented rooms before in my small College town. This worked well and am looking for the same here. A 6 month time commitment is expected and First, Last. No Animals allowed at this time.
