I job transferred to Orlando and had health issues. The management company is Voepel. I didn't enjoy dealing with them. So if you do choose to rent this unit....have your stuff lined up. They will not let you out of the lease easily. And they don't make exceptions. They also drag their feet on repairs. And really have no empathy if you are in a squeeze. Lastly, BPU charges a ton to do utilities and deposits. Really nice property...I just had a bad experience. Washer Dryer hookups. Also...note....this unit is an adequate 1 bedroom and it's a small 2 bedroom. So property is best for someone that has extra money from what they tell you upfront. NO dishwasher, no microwave, and limited storage. Very new, quite area, small backyard and great parking. Its a great deal for the location near the plaza. If you can just rent it and not have any problems so that you don't have to deal with management or need them then you are good to go. I put it all in the description. Please read.
