Two bedrooms and one bathroom and one other room you can use a storage like we do, or an office, it does not have doors on it, you have to walk through it to get to the other bedroom so it's not very private. You can see the Famosa Slough from the front porch and front windows. Lots of windows through the house, with triple panes to help with noise control, they help a lot with the airplanes. Central AC and wall heater. Nice hardwood floors and cool quirky charm. Nice front porch and enclosed front yard area, there's also a shared small backyard type area and one parking spot. Washer and dryer! It's an older home with some revisions but some things are still older. Just over a mile to the beach, and close Point Loma. Very cute place to live!
