About the property: This apartment is part of a fourplex that we bought with friends in 2021. It is an informal community and there are a lot of reasons why living here is sweet - there's always a cup of sugar to borrow or someone to watch your kitties or people casually hanging out in our backyard to chat with. We are hoping to find a tenant(s) who feels enthusiastic about living in this type of environment and wants to participate, but there are no formal rules around it. You'd be working with us instead of a management company and and we think that's a pretty big plus! There is a small garden that you are welcome to enjoy, gardeners/veggie growers especially welcome. Cats ok. Dogs miiiight be ok but require a meet & greet. There are small children on site so we'd want to make sure their parents feel comfortable with any dog. Please note that the backyard is not gated/secure for pets.
