Enjoy the spa, pool and community BBQ's! Condo is located in a gated community, 2.7 miles from the beach. HOA covers water and trash. Tenant will be responsible for utilities. No pets allowed. Enjoy the community pool, spa, and BBQ grills. Dedicated parking space plus additional guest parking. Smoking outside only. Oceanside is very sunny and has excellent temperature. We haven't needed to use the heater in the winter months and a fan has been sufficient to cool down in the summer. This space is a gem!
