The home is on a drive that leads up to Skyline Drive -a loop that circles The Mt. Sequoyah Methodist Assembly Center. The lot on which the home sits extends from Assembly Drive on the southwest side (the front) to Sequoyah Drive on the east side (the back). Residents of this neighborhood have the opportunity of purchasing a pool pass from the Center during the summer months. Skyline Drive itself provides a nice area for walking, running or biking, with expansive views of downtown Fayetteville. Fayetteville's Town Square with its Farmers Market and shops is approximately a one-mile walk from Assembly Drive. Dickson Street with its restaurants and Walton Arts Center, is accessed within that one-mile walk.
