We are half a mile from the Patrick Space Force/Air Force base, 45 minutes from Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center, just over an hour to Disneyworld, Universal studios, and Orlando. Orlando airport is about an hour away as well. Melbourne also about 30 minutes away. Many beachside dining options are available nearby. Come enjoy all the Space Coast has to offer! We do not live on site, the house will be all yours! Small dogs under 20 lbs allowed by agreement only, with pet fee. Parking is free. No smoking allowed on property. Tenant will pay lawncare, water and gas, electric bill and pool maintenance fee. Long term lease available.
