It is all about location and our town home is safe, convenient, located on a dead-end street and has private access to the only section of beach that doesn't allow public parking. Our town home is completely furnished with stylish furniture, new kitchen, new floors, and natural accents. All new cabinets, granite, and appliances. Our home has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. One master has a king size platform bed, and the other master has a queen size bed both with private on-suites. Downstairs there is a memory foam queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The walk-in closets are huge and can house all your luggage easily. We keep our town home stocked with beach umbrellas, boogie boards, chairs, ice chests, and towels since you will be enjoying cool sunny days on the beach. We have a large, screened patio to sit out and relax. There is also a private backyard with patio furniture to gather around. You may hear peacocks in the distance calling out from time-to-time. Our family loves staying here. This is a great rental for retired folks, corporate, newlyweds, families, or winter snowbirds.
