Huge, fenced backyard has a raised deck, artificial lawn, and gas BBQ (propane supplied). Wi-Fi and basic cable is included and guests are able to log into their own streaming subscriptions on the Smart TVs. Full size washer and dryer in the home. City of Grover Beach Permit Number: STR0127 Available starting March 14, 2026 for short term bookings or April 20, 2026 for bookings 1-12 months. 3 - 6 months lease preferred but all inquiries are welcome. Application required for all intended occupants age 18+, a $30 application fee applies in the event we need to generate a credit report for you. Full size washer and dryer in the home. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and one time $225 - $325 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Longer stays 3+ months will require the security deposit be increased to one months rent for stays less than 3 months the Security Deposit is $1000. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
