Looking to sublease my 2nd floor 1BR/1BA Buena Park apartment starting in November/December 2020. The sublease would go until 5/31/2021 with an option to renew. I love this building and my apartment and can't beat the price. This apartment includes a separate dining room, large bedroom that can easily fit a queen size bed, shared balcony overlooking the building's courtyard. Large kitchen includes newer counter tops and a brand new dishwasher. Built-in shelving and drawers outside of the bathroom. Good closet space as well. Laundry room is in building with a separate storage room as well. Landlord is accommodating and responsive. You would be responsible for electric (avg $40/month) and cable/internet (comcast). You're just a short walk from the Lakeshore Trail and Montrose Dog Beach. 10 min walk from either the Sheridan or Wilson Red Line. Target, Jewel Osco, and Aldi are all just a short walk away with a number of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops within of few blocks of the apartment. I'm open to leaving or selling some of my furniture if you're interested. If not, the apartment will be empty and cleaned by the time you move in. *Proof of income required
