This is a great apartment with a wonderful and responsive small family-owned company. We are only leaving because we are being relocated out of state for work. The apartment is a large unit with 1 bedroom plus den/office space and one covered garage parking space ($125/month). Unit is located on the 1st floor and contains all hardwood floors and central heat. Coin laundry is just one flight down in the basement. Building is located on a quiet street just a short walk from Welles Park and all that Lincoln Square and North Center has to offer! Building is pet friendly. In addition, we would be open to including some or all of the furniture for an additional cost! Available furniture includes couch, queen sized bed (Lucid mattress) and two large A/C units.
