Great access without being TOOOO close! It is also located on the backside condo unit away from parking car headlights. The back patio also has a gate for access to the common grassy area and access to the personal storage shed. **Great neighorhood with a lot of perks** The neighborhood has low HOA fees but has great amenities such as two outdoor pools, a workout gym, walking paths around multiple ponds, a playground, grassy areas, a basketball hoop, a dog park, and a clubhouse that is available to rent. Included in the HOA fees are water, sewer, trash, and all the amenities listed!
