This is n'hood is a rare gem. It's very affordable compared to the other areas of San Marco and Miramar and just as convenient. There aren't a lot of cut through streets so it's very safe for walking dogs an riding bikes b/c it gets minimal traffic. There are smaller homes, lots of starter homes and surprisingly not a ton of renters in here. It's very nice-see for yourself.
