    What's special

1929 Craftsman, large Fall City lot w/treasured details: arches, coved ceilings, built-ins, & updating that honors period styling. Kitchen & bath have newer high-quality fixtures and blend seamlessly, while including earth friendly products & modern luxury, like a 5-gas burner, 2-oven range w/optional convection. Potential - unfinished basement, attic, & room off master plumbed for a future bath. Large patio, garden spaces, carport and garage/workspace Neighborhood Description Fall City is one of the last true small town communities within 30 to 45 minutes of Seattle. Known as the Hub of the Snoqualmie Valley, it is easy to get into, or out of, town in every direction. It features the Snoqualmie River for swimming, summertime floating, boating and fishing. Several Golf courses are nearby, as is a wide network of walking and biking trails and a campground at the river’s edge. The Fall City Community Park includes an historic hop drying kiln from the 1880’s, plus there are ball fields and a horseback riding arena, and home to the Raging River Riders, an equestrian group, plus there’s access to hundreds of miles of trails. Fall City is also close to several Farmer’s Markets and Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) farms for fresh local produce, flowers, plus, there are berry picking fields, pumpkin patches and Christmas tree farms, offering memory making experiences all year ’round. On the artistic side, Fall City is home to the Snoqualmie Falls Forest Theater, a unique outdoor theater nestled in the trees with summertime theatrical productions. The Fall City Arts and the Fall City Community Association are proud sponsors of the Art Walk along the river lined with flowering cherry trees. Community members are known for being involved and very supportive of their schools with both an elementary and middle school level school located near the heart of town. A nice array of shops and restaurants provide services to locals and visitors, plus an impressive newer library offers a comfortable meeting or reading place for all. Downtown Fall City is nicely populated with one of unincorporated King County’s largest areas of historical homes. The annual Fall City Day event in June or the tree lighting ceremony in December, are both great times to visit and experience the benefits of living in a close-knit community. There is something for everyone in Fall City.
