Equal walking distance to the beach and bay. Vaulted ceilings and tons of natural light with the help of so many skylights. I have a hybrid work schedule and spend a lot of time out of the house (including nights on my boat nearby), so you'll often have the place to yourself. I'm in the middle of upgrading the bathroom and replacing the floors in both bedrooms. The guest room still has carpet but is ready to be occupied now, and the larger bedroom will be finished within the month. Also available to use for rent are an extra vehicle and motorcycle for transportation. Who I'm looking for: Someone who's a great human and thinks this setup would be a good fit!
