Sea Mist Escape is a newly-updated one bedroom condominium just steps away from the beach and nestled among 53-acres of the beautiful, classic Florida landscaped community of Sea Woods. A naturally-preserved area across the street from the no-drive beach, the Sea Woods community is made up of condominiums, villas, verandas and single-family homes. Amenities galore include 3 pools (one heated), tennis courts, gym, sauna, clubhouse and walking trails. Sea Mist Escape is available for 1-week stay minimums up to one-month maximum. Rates do not include local & state taxes. Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, and guest must occupy the condo for the entire length of stay. A government-issued ID will be required after booking and instructions for remitting will be given. Name on credit card/booking must match ID. Maximum capacity: 4 (up to 2 adults) A separate rental agreement must be signed at time of booking and initial payment. We accept well-mannered, housebroken dogs. Must be approved by owner. No smoking inside or outside condominium or within 15 feet of any of the Sea Woods Homeowners Association buildings (clubhouse, management building, pools & poolhouses and maintenance building.) Specific community guidelines are available at request and are included in the rental agreement. One reserved parking space. Initial 50% payment Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to arrival $500 security deposit due 7 days prior to check in A $30 returned check fee will apply to all checks returned for insufficient funds A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to all reservations.
