We rent first or second floor of the duplex. Both units are fully separated with private entries. We will specify which floor will you be renting. Each unit includes 3 bedrooms, 1,5 bath, open concept living room and dining room with hardwood floors. Full kitchen features tiled backsplash, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and stacked with supplies for your needs( plates, cups, pots, silverware, coffee maker, toaster). We provide linen, pillows and 6 bath towels. There is central air conditioner, outside shower and washer and dryer in a unit. Short term rental agreement is required, which will be emailed to you for a signature. You will have to return it with payment and security deposit. Security deposit is $500 and fully refundable within 7 business days of your check out if no damage is done to a property. $50 cleaning fee. We are family oriented and do not rent to any kind of parties. No smoking, no pets.Street parking. weekly rentals
