This is for one large, private, furnished bedroom in a shared townhouse. You would be sharing the home with a sweet young female housemate. The available rental period is from August 3rd through October 30th, and if everything works well, you're welcome to extend the lease afterward. For move-in, the first month's rent and security deposit would be due. There is no application fee.
