This is the largest home in this subdivision, but not so large as to loose value based on the other homes in the neighborhood. Home has been painted inside with Behr lifetime paint and a new large central air conditioning system was installed in 2006. Neighborhood Description Very quiet and kid friendly. The Home Owners Association is active and works to better the neighborhood. The HOA doesn't bother individual home owners, it concerns itself with the overall neighborhood not individual homes. I think this may be because all homes in this neighborhood take care of their properties.
