New BNB being built and we are looking for a long-term renter that will have a second floor studio apartment within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The studio will include a washer and dryer and access to the BNB common area which will include a large bar, pool table, TV and sitting areas. A part-time or full time job may also be available serving as the innkeeping or being a bartender or cleaning along with this with this place to stay.
