**We will pay the person who takes over the lease $2500 cash if the lease is taken over in Oct/Nov.** We are looking for someone to take over our lease at Aria Luxury Apartments. We love the complex but are being relocated for work. The unit is a 2 bed/2 bath 1150 sq ft unit. Aria offers a full gym, two pools with a patio area with built-in grills, a lake with a walking trail, and a great clubhouse. Happy hours provided by Park restaurant are done on the first and third Thursday of every month as well. We would prefer someone to take it over in Oct/Nov but are flexible. The lease ends 6/30/20 and would be available to renew. The tenant must be approved through Aria's leasing office. No undergraduates.
