You'll be near an abundance of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops such as Outerlands, Hook Fish, Palm City, Sunset Cantina and Damn Fine, Woods Outbound, 7 Stills Taproom, Trouble Coffee, Andytown, Black Bird Bookstore, plus bike and surf shops (the folks at Aqua and Mollusk are rad). The apartment: Views of the ocean and Golden Gate Park can be seen from both the living room as well as the dining. Skylights throughout the space add tons of natural light, it's lovely. The apartment is mostly furnished (seating areas, dining table, stocked kitchen, dishwasher, etc.) has a functional fireplace and a built-in dining area in the kitchen. There is a small back deck (where I tend to hang my wetsuit to dry) that leads to a lovely little landscaped urban vegetable garden. There are currently a couple of chairs on the patio so if you have some proper patio furniture we can see if it will work for the space. 420 friendly inside and if you smoke cigarettes, you'll be asked to do so off property. Washer and dryer in-building and coin free! There is one FREE parking spot in the driveway. Unfortunately, the garage is not available for use otherwise. However, street parking seems to be plentiful in the area. No pets. I really strive for the place to be a tidy, calm, and nourishing environment and I'm looking for folks who match that energy. Available Rooms: 2 unfurnished bedrooms Room 1 is 11x11 sq ft w/ a closet (6ft x 2ft x 8ft) single occupancy and private. $1,350/ month rent Room 2 (larger room) is 11x12 ft w/ a closet (6ft x 2ft x 8ft) and has sliding door access to the garden and shared balcony for household and guests during reasonable hours. Otherwise, it's a private, single occupancy room. $1,500 /month rent The rooms have a shared bathroom with shower and bathtub combo. There is also an additional shared closet space between both rooms for extra storage (52in L x 11.5in D x 8ft H). Utilities: $200 a month/ person (includes garbage, PG&E, water, and WiFi) About me: I'm a 33 y/o, gay, male (He/Him). I'm super laid-back, somewhat reserved, respectful, and patient.
