Very spacious apartment for the area and because the rent is only $917 per month (very inexpensive), you definitely get your money's worth! This apartment is over 800 square feet, whereas most other apartments in the area are less than 600 (and much more expensive). What's great about this apartment is that you are on the corner of the building, so you only have 1 shared wall ( 1 neighbor). Lease is up November 14th, and you can move in right now. As you can see from the pictures, the apartment is always kept clean and organized. Also, no pets have been inside the apartment, in case you've got allergies. Looking for someone to take over the lease for this awesome apartment ASAP. Please only contact me if you're extremely interested. You will need to get verified by the apartment complex before moving in (meaning pass their background check, provide proof of income, etc..) Steps required to take over lease: Step 1: go to The Glen leasing office address: 7979 E Camelback Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85251 Step 2: speak with the front desk staff and inform them that you would like to take over a current tenant's lease (apartment D301) Step 3: fill out the application and provide necessary documentation Step 4: wait until your application is processed. If 24 hours pass by and you still have not received any emails or phone calls from the leasing office yet regarding your application, then call them the leasing office to follow up and ask about the status of your application. Step 5: if approved, then the leasing office will reach out to both of us. We will both be given a roomate take-over form, which we will both sign and give back to the leasing office. Step 6: I give you the keys, and you move in. The apartment is already emptied out for your convenience.
