Here is the Rental Criteria - Monthly income must be greater than $5800 per month. - Proof of employment. - No criminal infractions in the last 7 years. - No evictions or judgments from landlords, utility companies, or municipal service providers. - 7 years of documented rental or ownership history. Exceptions to these may be granted by requiring a larger security deposit. But the prospective tenant must indicate there are exceptions prior to running a credit and background check. If multiple applications are received, they will be processed in the following order. 1) Persons that can move in the soonest and have full deposit will be processed first. 2) If there is a tie, the person that handed in the application earliest will win.
