3 bed 2 bath, all bedrooms upstairs, family room, kitchen, dining room and garage downstairs. Garage is big enough for 2 cars. We currently have our boat and motorcycle stored in there. Neighborhood Description Rural setting, house sits within the Los Padres National Forest. Dirt road, 4 seasons yes we get snow. Kids get snow days!! Neighbors all know each other/most of the town knows each other. About 2500 full time residents and maybe 500 vacation homes. If you are looking to live close enough to work in Los Angeles but far enough away to "escape the city" and have an extremely safe place to raise your children I would highly recommend making the drive up to see our wonderful community.
