HUGE one bedroom apartment with very large, walk in closets and extra building storage available as well if needed and hardwood floors throughout. With East and South facing windows there is a ton of natural light year round! The living room is double the size as most you'll see and the separate dining room it also a large size, fitting a large table and extra furniture. The living room is so large we actually converted it to a 1/2 bedroom- 1/2 living room! The large bedroom easily fits a king size bed, side tables, dressers and even extra seating if you'd like. Bathroom has a tall linen closet, sink cabinet and medicine cabinet for a ton of storage space. The kitchen was new to us with all new appliances and cabinetry, all still in really great condition. Never walk more then 1/2 a block with super easy street parking for yourself and visitors. Wonderful, walkable neighborhood on the Montrose strip and only 1 block down from the Montrose Brownline. The rent is crazy affordable for the space you get, especially. We have had a really good experience with Cagan and wish we could rent from them forever! (We stayed here 9 years!) Well kept and clean common areas, responsive building engineer and great property manager. Cats are OK. Included in rent is water and heat. Non-smoking building.
