Myself (the property owner) and one other tennant already reside at the property, and I am looking to find ONE additional tennant to fill the vacancy being created by the end of our other tennants lease. The property is close to the Walmart super center on MLK, and it is 10 minutes away from the University of Arkansas. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is has a spacious common area which is fully furnished, and the kitchen is well supplied too. Roomates will share a bathroom upstairs. There is a patio that can be used for grilling and hanging out. All appliances are in good working order. Tennants will be responsible for paying rent while I, the property owner, will pay for utilities. I am avalible to show the house on Saturdays! Owner will pay for utilities, tenants will pay rent. One months security deposit due when first months rent is due. No smoking or vaping allowed in the house. The room does not come per-furnished but it does have a bed frame for the tenant to use. The lease will be from February 1st through to July of 2025. This listing is only for a single room!
