The total area of the apartment is 1053 sq ft. The kitchen is very specious and washer-dryer are available in the apartment. The rent is $1199 and utilities excluded. The reason is one of my roommate is leaving and now it's become too expensive for me, since I'm a student. The leasing office staffs are efficient and maintenance are quite responsive.
