Owner was getting $500 a month in rent but leased it to a family member for less. Property would look much nicer if painted in a lighter shade throughout the entire home. It does needs some additional improvements. After improvements, it would be nice place to own or great investment property for extra income. Take time to go look at this house and judge for yourself.
