CREDIT CHECK - The prospective tenant shall not have any significant write-offs, delinquencies, etc. The tenant's credit score shall be no less than 575 and shall have no more than 2 collection charges on their record (school and hospital bills excluded). If the credit score is between 500-575, then the landlord will require first and last month's rent paid before move in. EVICTION RECORD - The applicant shall have NO evictions, NO EXCEPTIONS.
