This is a great location. Quiet and very good street with only local traffic. House was remodeled in 2004 with granite counters and custom cabinets in the kitchen and custom tile in the bathroom. At the same time the roof, windows, electrical and garage door were updated. Most of the flooring needs to be replaced due to apparent water damage.
