The Ivory University House is a beautiful new apartment complex adjacent to the University of Utah and the trax station and extremely close to the UofU hospitals system, and only a quick Trax ride to downtown SLC. It is a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge area. Has access to all community spaces in building including art studios, game rooms, community kitchens, and more. Laundry is on site (one on each wing of each floor, free, and always open) and super close to my unit. The apartment complex does walk-in tours during business hours (9-6 weekdays 10-2 saturdays). There is seriously no downside to living here it is amazing!! You can pay $15 for the liability insurance or get your own and waive that fee. The lease ends July 31st, but if you would like to renew for the following year, you can. This is technically student housing, but you can be a student anywhere or just in between years as a student As such there are no drinking, smoking, policies etc. My rental rate is the cheapest you will find for this complex, since I have a renewal rate instead of a new rate (it's about $100 cheaper per month than it is now) and if you renewed you would get a cheaper rate for next year as well.
