    What's special

Hi guys I have a lease until August, 2016. We can switch over and you can carry the lease until August, 2016 next year. After that, you can renew as you wish. Moving date would probably be on Nov 21st or Nov 28th weekend. It's a wonderful one bedroom. It has big bathroom and standard bedroom. It has 4 big windows. You have to pay electricity and gas bills like any other places. Standard kitchen with stoves and oven. The unit in a brick building that means the unit would retain the heat or coolness much better than other types of building. That translates to your electricity and gas bill lower I was planning to move out around this time so that's why a lot of stuff is unpacked and messy. But overall it's a big space in great neighborhood location. The move-in fee would be one month rent + one month security deposit (in this case would be $1,200). You pay for your rent and security deposit would be refunded back if you return the place clean and damaged-free. Please go to below link for showing information Close to Redline (Sox 35th). Close to Cermak Produce, Walgreen, CVS, tennis court (on Halsted & 31st), Maxwell, etc Parking on street and they are plenty.
