Following instructions from our insurance company, the carpet & pad was removed, then the baseboards were removed throughout the home & garage, then 2' of sheet rock was removed in the laundry room & part of one bedroom. Many fans were run for several days to assist in the drying out process. We have reduced the price on the property approx. $20,000 as-is, or we will have some or all of the necessary repairs done.
