Central air and heat is controlled by a smart nest thermostat, and a keypad door lock makes for easy, keyless entry. Utilities and Wifi are included for $200/mo additional. Up to two dogs are allowed for $35/mo per pet. Minimum 6 month lease preferred, but willing to discuss shorter terms for slightly increased rent. Please note: There is an attached in-law apartment that shares only the laundry room. There is one 10ft section of shared wall between the units that is located right at the front entrance of the 3 bedroom side of the house. This wall is very well insulated, and you cannot hear talking or normal volumes of TV through the wall. The only noises that can carry are dogs barking or yelling. If you have very loud dogs or children, this house may not be suited for you. 3 month minimum lease term, preference given to applicants desiring longer lease terms. No smoking, pets negotiable for additional pet rent. Off-street parking provided. All utilities included (internet, power, water, trash, septic) at $200/mo additional flat fee per month. Landlord responsible for pest control, yard maintenance, HVAC maintenance, etc.
