This is a relet (NOT a sublet) which means that if you are interested, you will sign a lease till the end of my original lease (August 1st) and then sign a new one at that point. I am moving abroad and am looking for someone to relet starting April 1st ideally but could do mid April or May 1st, as well. I am flexible with the exact move out/move in dates. The property group said we could prorate the month based on how we divide the month. This apartment is SUPER convenient for anyone wanting to be minutes away from Lincoln Square and 10 minute walk from the Western Brown Line CTA stop. You are literally 4 minutes walking from Aldi's and a 5 minute walk to Horner Park (awesome dog park) and Wells Park. Also, the Montrose bus is just 1 building away from this apartment. This is a really chill neighborhood with an awesome path along the river for those who enjoy nature. This 1 bedroom, 1st floor apartment is managed through a property management group. If you are interested in the apartment, you will need to complete an application fee ($79) with them and pay a $350 one time, non-refundable move-in fee. Your rent will be the same as mine - $1,225 + $25 (monthly maintenance fee) = $1,250. DOGS & CATS are allowed. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 for each dog (2 dog max) and a pet fee of $150 for each cat (2 cat max). The Management group requires that you pay for renter's insurance, it's around $22.00 a month for me. This apartment has the following: -INCLUDES heating (you pay electricity and gas - I am on a budge plan and pay 24.74 a month with ComEd and 24.00 with Peoples Energy) - 1 bedroom w/small closet - dining room (I've been using it as my virtual workroom this year in the photos) w/small closet - small back deck area - optional parking (additional fee through management group) - pantry - front/family room w/big closet - 1/2 closet by front entry -dishwasher - mailbox in front foyer - laundry unit on site -closest main intersection - Montrose and Western It DOESN'T have AC. I used a window unit in my bedroom and one can easily be installed in the front and dining room. The front room and bedroom have overhead fans. I got a brand new AC window unit in August and only used it for shy of 3 months. I am happy to sell it for a fraction of the price.
