The two smaller bedrooms are downstairs and feature hardwood floors; the larger 'bungalow' bedroom is upstairs and is graced with wall-to-wall carpet -- both for warmth and to muffle footsteps for the people below. There are several under-eaves storage areas in the upstairs bedroom. The basement is roughly divided into three areas: a workshop area with a large workbench, a storage area with several shelves built into the walls, and an open area which is clean and dry and ready to be turned into whatever your imagination wants to call it. Outside, the back yard is flat and grassy, and largely occupied by the 1.5-car detached garage (which has a powered door opener). The front is smaller, tidy, and offers a small uncovered porch.
