The house is conveniently located in north Napa in a quiet private cul de sac with easy access to hwy 29. Tenant pays for all utilities, landscape maintenance is paid for by the owner. We are looking to lease year by year, although with the right tenant we could be flexible. We expect the house to be treated in the manner that the previous tenants have taken care of it.
