Nice trailer remodeled 2 years ago. Roof was recoated this year with a rubberized roof coating good for 3 years. The windows are newer double pained. The bottom of trailer is foam insulated , it keeps it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The heat works great, the blower motor was replaced 2 years ago. It has a back up wall mounted ventless propane heater incase the power goes out. The Kitchen has a nice deep two sided sink with a reverse osmosis water filtration system in it, a extendable faucet and a soup dispenser installed in it. Come with gas stove and a refrigerator and a also a large capacity washer and dryer, you can wash your blankets in. It has a electric hot water heater, I was told it was replaced before I bought the trailer and comes with two older window ac units. The bathroom has a wash basin in it with a sprayer, for cleaning clothes or washing your hair. The shower has a multi selection shower installed with many different mode to choose from,blue led lights and tells you the water temperature and duration of shower time. It also has a bowed shower rod. The trailer comes with a 2,500 zero g bed, it's super comfortable moves head and legs two built in massager and under bed lights. Some other furniture included please ask. I'm asking 25,000 or best offer. It's comparable to other 2 bed 1 bath trailers in the area but comes with a lot more extras. It's located in Shortsville, the name of the park is called the Ritz and it's managed by cook properties.
