Neighborhood Description This is a well established, well maintained neighborhood. There are many original residents here who are very friendly and really look after their properties. The street is a cul de sac with seven houses on it. As such, there is no passing traffic and any that does come up the street does so usually for sight seeing purposes. Since the street is so short, all traffic travels relatively slowly. This is a great spot to bring up a family since the area is so established with little or no rental properties and limited access. Shopping is nearby with Raley's and Wal-Mart within easy reach. There is a new shopping area undergoing completion with new stores opening almost weekly only a minute or two away.
