I am looking to rent out the second bedroom in my apartment. It's a large first floor 2-bedroom 1-bath apartment in Hancock Park/Larchmont area. It's in a quiet historic neighborhood in central Hollywood. Walking distance to Larchmont Blvd, a few mile east of West Hollywood and a few miles west of DTLA. I love I have been here for three years and i am very grateful to have found and live in this apartment. The apartment is very spacious I am looking to find someone who will share the appreciation of how great of a find this place truly is. Those house is on the first floor. I have one guy who lives above me that travels a lot and has lived in the building for over 10 years. Most of the tenants have been here a long time. I am the newest addition to the building and intend on staying here as long as i love in Los Angeles. I'm a 32 year old male and i work Monday through Saturday. When i'm not working i'm usually just hanging out in my room watching movies (i'm a huge cinephile), reading, working on my computer, or hanging out in Glendale where my girlfriend lives. I like to keep clean house. Cleanliness is very important to me. I also like to keep this a quiet and peaceful place to come home to. I'm looking for someone who's not a huge partier (not bringing parties to the house) Could move in June 1st or July 1st. Rent is $1000 a month + $1000 security deposit and half the utilities (usually come out to be $140 a month that we would split.) there's a credit check by my landlord. THIS BUILDING IS RENT CONTROLLED! Rent can only increase or decrease 3% every year. My Landlord is amazing too. Non invasive and very understanding. I'm open to meeting up on Larchmont any day of the week after 6pm to see if we could be a good fit living together. Talk is cheap but i am an extremely laid back person and I'd be surprised if you ever had a more laid back roommate. One year lease. No Smoking. No Pets
